CARPET SERVICES

Vacuum

The carpet should be vacuumed thoroughly with a regular vacuum cleaner before starting to clean it with a steam carpet cleaner. This removes large and small dirt particles, gravel/sand that has been tracked into the home, as well as loosen deep dirt from within the fibers. This will make the carpet cleaning more effective.

Pretreatment

Don't just pretreat stains... The entire carpet, no matter how clean it may look, will aid from pretreatment. This will loosen ground-in, invisible dirt and grime that has become locked into the carpet fibers from daily use. Pretreating carpets will also help loosen microscopic particles that cause odors and discoloration. Pretreating carpet before steam cleaning is more effective in obtaining the overall cleanliness of the carpet and making the appearance much more appealing.

Hot Water "Steam" Cleaning

In this method, hot water cleaning solution is sprayed on the carpet and immediately extracted (along with the dissolved soil) by a vacuum. The machine is truck-mounted making it more powerful in terms of spray pressure, heating capabilities and power of the vacuum. Truck mounted extraction is the best way to clean carpet because it heats the water to a higher temperature (not damaging the carpet) and sprays the cleaning solution into the carpet at a higher pressure breaking up the dirt, bacteria and pollen trapped in the fiber of the carpet. Then the machine uses a high powered vacuum to suction the dirt right out of the carpet. This is the same technique we would use in a car or on upholstery.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Rotovac

The Rotovac has dual high torque motors to supply more cleaning power to the carpet at a high temperature. The rotary vacuum heads thoroughly clean the carpet from all directions with hundreds of cleaning passes rather than just back and forth. The powerful combination of maximum heat, agitation and rotary flushing action enables the Rotovac to restore heavily soiled carpets and matted traffic areas with ease.

Pet Pretreatment

TILE & GROUT SERVICES

Pretreatment

High Pressure "Steam" Cleaning

In this method, hot water cleaning solution is sprayed on the tile and grout and immediately extracted (along with the dissolved dirt and grime) by a high pressure scrubber and vacuum. The machine is powerful in terms of spray pressure and scrubbing, heating capabilities and the power of the vacuum. It is the best way to clean tile and grout because it heats the water to a higher temperature (not damaging the tile and grout) and sprays the cleaning solution into the tile and grout at a higher pressure breaking up the dirt and grime trapped in the tile and grout. The machine uses a high powered scrubber and vacuum to suction the dirt and grime right out of the tile and grout.

Sealing

After completely cleaning the grout, a sealer is applied. Sealer will protect the grout by repelling and minimizing discoloration from dirt, acids and grime. A sealer does not make grout stain proof. It does inhibit penetration of substances that may discolor the grout.
